Setup and everyday use

Before you buy
The receiver adds Bluetooth to a wired AUX input; it does not work with systems that have no AUX or line input.
Engine or charging noise in some cars comes from a ground loop; a ground-loop isolator can reduce it if needed.
Final sound quality also depends on the stereo, speakers and the original music file.

Will it work in my car?
Yes, if the car stereo has a 3.5mm AUX input. Switch the stereo to AUX and pair your phone. If the car only has a USB or CD input, it will not work through those.
Does the iPhone support LDAC?
No. iPhones use standard Bluetooth codecs, which work with this receiver, but LDAC quality needs a compatible Android phone.
Can two phones connect at the same time?
Yes. Two phones can stay connected, and you can play from either without re-pairing each time.
How do calls work?
The built-in microphone picks up your voice, and the caller is heard through the car or speaker audio while it is on the AUX source.
Why do I hear a hum or buzz in the car?
That is often a ground loop between the car power and the audio system when charging. A ground-loop isolator on the AUX line usually removes it.
