Shipments and Returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns are accepted in only two conditions :
1. Item is in its original state, no tamper or breaking of original seal.
2. Item is defective,
3. Most products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the same if the product has not been opened and is in the same sealed condition. However this is product specific and has to be approved before a return can be done. Please send an e mail to admin@Teckpot.com to check if a product can be returned. A restocking fee of upto 20% might be charged if a product is returned, on case to case basis, as decided by Teckpot. Please note, any product that has been opened becomes a "used" product even if it never has been used and as such cannot be treated as a return. Only unopened products can be considered for returns.
In all the cases Shipment is evaluated and then refund is initiated.
- At www.Teckpot.com we try to keep things simple.
- If a product is received and is in defective condition ( Dead On Arrival ) or damaged the product will be replaced with a new product. The product has to be shipped back to www.Teckpot.com with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers. Shipping charges for the return will be refunded.
- Once the product is received We will test to see if the product is Dead on Arrival and inspect the product for any damages due to misuse, burn outs or wrong handling which Warranty does not cover, and after which if the product is found to be defective we will get a new replacement from the brand and send it with shipping charges paid by us. In case a replacement is not available an alternate will be suggested or a full refund will be done.

If the Product return qualifies for refund, or, refund is requested by customer. Generally, if all conditions are met, and processes complete. After which refund shall be issued in 7 working days.
Effort shall be made to refund to the same mode as the payment was mode. In certain cases, refunds shall be processed to the bank account as provided by the customer.
