UGREEN Wireless Vertical Mouse, 2.4GHz, Pink (55917)
UGREEN Wireless Vertical Mouse, 2.4GHz, Pink
The UGREEN M571 vertical wireless mouse combines a pink finish with a 57-degree grip that places the hand in a more upright position. It connects through a 2.4GHz USB receiver and offers four DPI levels up to 4000 for everyday desktop control. Quiet buttons, a scroll wheel and forward/back controls make it a practical choice for browsing, documents and office work. The shape changes how you hold and move the mouse, so it is worth allowing a short adjustment period if you normally use a flat mouse. Position it close to the keyboard, keep your grip relaxed and choose a pointer speed that does not require excessive movement. This pink 55917 version uses a USB wireless receiver, which suits a desktop or laptop with a suitable USB connection. Its replaceable AA power source keeps routine battery changes simple.

What it does well.
Key features
57-degree vertical shape. The upright design supports a more natural hand and forearm position during mouse use, with a contoured grip for daily work. The shape is intended for a right-hand grip. Check the position of the thumb area and side buttons in the product photos when deciding whether the design suits you.
Adjustable 4000 DPI tracking. Select 1000, 1600, 2000 or 4000 DPI to suit your screen size and preferred cursor speed. The default 1600 DPI setting is a useful starting point. Try small adjustments before increasing sensitivity sharply, particularly while becoming familiar with the upright shape.
Wireless USB receiver. The 2.4GHz receiver connection offers a working distance up to 10 metres, keeping the mouse cable off the desk. The receiver needs a USB data connection to the computer. With a USB-C-only laptop, plan a suitable USB adapter or hub rather than relying on Bluetooth pairing.
Useful desktop controls. Left and right buttons, scrolling and side forward/back buttons keep common actions within reach. A WIN/MAC switch supports use across these systems. Button behaviour can depend on the operating system and application. Test navigation in the browser or software you use most before settling on your everyday settings.
Where it fits
Daily office work. Navigate documents, spreadsheets and web pages using an upright grip and your preferred sensitivity.
A coordinated desk setup. The pink body and contrasting scroll wheel suit a colourful workspace while retaining practical navigation controls.
Moving from a conventional mouse. Use familiar tasks such as browsing and document editing while you become accustomed to the upright grip. A clear area beside the keyboard lets you move the mouse without reaching around other objects. Adjust chair, desk and pointer settings together to find a comfortable working position.
Will it work with your setup?
- Windows 7/8.1/10/11, macOS 10.15 or later, Linux and Chrome OS.
- Requires a suitable USB connection for the wireless receiver.
Setup and everyday use
- Insert a 1.5V AA alkaline battery according to the compartment markings.
- Plug the USB receiver into your computer, switch the mouse on and choose the appropriate WIN/MAC setting.
- Adjust DPI to a comfortable speed. Allow time to become familiar with the vertical grip if moving from a conventional mouse.
