UGREEN Wireless Mouse (35900)
UGREEN Wireless Mouse
The UGREEN M556 wireless mouse brings adjustable cursor control and quiet clicking to everyday computer work. Its 2.4GHz USB receiver connection keeps the desk free of a mouse cable, while four DPI settings let you choose a movement speed that suits your display and tasks. The grey, shaped body is suited to home offices, study spaces and daily browsing. For a laptop or desktop with a spare USB connection, the receiver provides a straightforward way to start using the mouse without Bluetooth pairing. The adjustable sensitivity is useful when moving between small document controls and larger desktop areas. Choose a lower setting for careful selection or a higher one when you want the pointer to cross the screen with less hand movement. This is the grey 35900 version; its wireless connection is supplied by the USB receiver.

What it does well.
Key features
2.4GHz wireless connection. Use the USB receiver for a wireless connection with a range up to 10 metres in an unobstructed environment. Place the receiver where it has a clear path to the mouse. A receiver hidden behind a metal computer case or other obstructions may give less consistent results.
Four sensitivity settings. Choose 1000, 1600, 2000 or 4000 DPI to balance controlled pointer movements with quicker travel across the screen. DPI controls how far the pointer travels for a given movement of your hand. A higher number is not automatically better for every task or every user.
Quiet everyday operation. Silent-click buttons help keep repeated clicking less intrusive when working in a shared space or studying nearby others. The quieter button action is helpful during frequent clicking in spreadsheets or web tools. The overall sound you hear still depends on how the mouse is used and the desk surface.
AA battery power. A replaceable AA battery powers the mouse, making it convenient to refresh the battery when required without a charging cable. Keep the battery compartment dry and follow the polarity markings when replacing the cell. The mouse is designed around replaceable battery power rather than USB charging.
Where it fits
Office documents and browsing. Adjust pointer sensitivity for spreadsheets, web pages and everyday desktop applications.
Shared work and study areas. Use the quieter click action when working beside colleagues or family members.
A laptop with an external screen. When a larger monitor gives you more desktop space, try different DPI settings to find a comfortable cursor speed. The USB receiver can remain connected to the computer or a suitable hub while the mouse stays free of a cable across your working area.
Will it work with your setup?
- Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS computers with a suitable USB connection for the receiver.
- A USB-C-only computer requires a suitable USB adapter or hub for the receiver.
Setup and everyday use
- Fit a compatible 1.5V AA alkaline battery in the battery compartment, following the polarity markings.
- Connect the USB receiver to a compatible USB port on the computer and switch the mouse on.
- Select your preferred DPI setting, then adjust operating-system pointer settings if you want a different cursor feel.
