The 25W figure is phone-side wireless output, not the wall-adapter output. Earlier iPhone 12–15 models can attach and charge, but their supported Qi/Qi2 tier is lower and model-dependent.
UGREEN lists up to 25W for the phone plus 5W for earbuds simultaneously. The adapter supplies more power than reaches the phone because the stand also powers its electronics, the second coil and normal wireless-conversion losses. A 45W marketing rating does not mean the phone receives 45W.

Wireless speed and device-generation expectations
Qi2 certification standardizes magnetic alignment and compatible wireless negotiation, but it does not make every magnetic phone a 25W receiver. UGREEN's specific full-speed condition names iPhone 16 series with iOS 26 or later. Check the receiving phone's own wireless specification and current software before expecting the top tier.
Older compatible iPhone 12–15 models remain useful with the stand but generally operate within their earlier Qi2 or Qi charging limits rather than the newer 25W tier. Newer Qi2.2-capable phones may also be supported, but exact model support should be verified on UGREEN's current compatibility information and the phone maker's specification.
Temperature, alignment, battery percentage and background use can reduce charging speed. A phone near full charge may intentionally slow; this is different from an underpowered adapter or bad alignment. Test with the supplied cable and a compliant 45W+ source before troubleshooting the stand.

Setup and usability guidance
- Choose the source: for full 25W phone mode, use a USB-C adapter rated 45W or higher that provides the required profile. The adapter is not included.
