What it does well.

Key features
20W two-way USB-C. One USB-C port recharges the power bank and powers compatible devices at up to 20W.
Magnetic Qi charging. A 10N-class magnetic ring aligns iPhone 12-and-later models or suitable magnetic cases for cable-free use.
Published rated capacity. UGREEN lists 6,250mAh typical at 5V/3A in addition to the 10,000mAh / 37Wh nominal cell rating.
Low-current support. A low-current mode is available for compatible earbuds, watches and other small accessories.
USB-C and wireless power explained
The USB-C input/output profiles are 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.5A, with 20W maximum reached through the compatible 9V profile. Wireless charging is separate: UGREEN lists 7.5W for compatible iPhones and up to 15W for selected compatible Qi devices.
With wired and wireless output used at the same time, the total is 5V/3A, or 15W shared. Do not add 20W wired and 15W wireless. Simultaneous mode is useful for reach, but one priority device should be connected alone for its best available rate.
Magnetic attachment improves coil alignment but does not control the phone's charging decision. Phone model, software, battery state, case, temperature and foreign-object detection can reduce or pause wireless power.
USB-C alone. Up to 20W wired output; the same port accepts up to 20W to recharge the power bank.
iPhone wireless. Up to 7.5W for a compatible iPhone with correct coil alignment.
Other compatible Qi. Up to 15W where the receiving phone and conditions support that tier.
Wired + wireless. 15W combined at 5V/3A, shared between both charging paths.

Capacity, conversion and recharge expectations
The internal battery rating is 10,000mAh at 3.7V, or 37Wh. UGREEN publishes a 6,250mAh typical rated output capacity at 5V/3A. The voltage changes between those two measurements, and conversion electronics, cable resistance and device charging consume energy.
Wireless charging adds another conversion step and typically uses more of the stored energy than a comparable wired session. A magnetic phone may also continue using power for its screen, radios, camera or navigation while charging, so a universal fill count would be misleading.
UGREEN uses about 3.5 hours as a reference to recharge this model with compatible 20W PD equipment. Treat it as a controlled test guide, not a fixed promise; adapter capability, cable, temperature and simultaneous output can make it longer.
Use scenarios
Magnetic commute charging. Attach a compatible iPhone for cable-free top-ups while walking or waiting, checking that the hold stays secure.
Efficient wired charging. Use USB-C when speed, lower heat and better use of the stored 37Wh matter most.
Small-device support. Use the low-current mode with compatible earbuds or wearables that draw little current.
Setup and usability guidance
- Remove interference: take off wallet attachments, cards, metal plates and thick or poorly aligned cases.
- Confirm magnetic fit: iPhone 12 and later can attach directly; a nonmagnetic phone or case needs a suitable magnetic-compatible case or ring for secure hold.
- Centre and verify: let the ring seat, then check the phone's charging icon. Re-align if charging starts and stops or the pack covers a camera edge.
- Recharge through USB-C: connect a compatible PD source. The supplied 60W USB-C cable is capable of more than the power bank's 20W input, but the power bank still accepts no more than its supported profile.

Compatible devices and systems
Wireless power, magnetic hold and wired USB-C are three separate compatibility checks. A Qi phone without the right magnetic ring may charge when aligned flat but will not necessarily stay attached.
iPhone 12 and later. Compatible magnetic iPhones, subject to physical fit, case design, software and Apple's charging controls; listed wireless tier is up to 7.5W.
Other Qi phones. Selected Qi-enabled phones can use up to the supported wireless tier when their coils align; a compatible magnetic case may be needed for attachment.
Case guidance. Use a thin, correctly aligned magnetic-compatible case. Thick material, metal, wallet layers or an off-centre ring can weaken hold and increase heat.
What this product does
- Stores 37Wh nominal energy and publishes a 6,250mAh typical output rating at 5V/3A.
- Can power one wired and one wireless device together at a 15W combined ceiling.

What this product does not do
- It does not provide 20W wireless output; 20W refers to USB-C wired operation.
- It does not include a wall charger and is not designed as a normal laptop power source.

What to do
- Match the cable to the job: use an undamaged cable that supports the connector, current and charging protocol required by the chosen port.
- Keep it ventilated: place the power bank on a firm, open surface while fast charging or recharging; warmth is easier to manage when heat can escape.
- Check the magnetic ring: after changing a case or adding a ring, verify that it is centred on the phone's Qi coil before carrying the joined devices.
What not to do
- Do not cover it: avoid charging beneath bedding, clothing or inside an unventilated compartment where heat can build up.
- Do not expose it to hazards: keep away from water, fire, heaters, hot vehicles, prolonged direct sunlight and freezing or otherwise extreme conditions.
- Do not trap cards or metal: remove payment cards, keys, coins and magnetic plates from the charging interface before use.

Warnings and limitations
- Lithium-battery care: use only within the conditions stated on the product label and manual. Built-in protection is a backup, not permission to use damaged equipment or block ventilation.
- Heat changes charging: the power bank or connected device may reduce output when warm. Wireless charging normally creates more heat than an equivalent wired session because energy crosses an air gap.
- Grip is conditional: the listed magnetic force assumes a compatible, correctly aligned surface. Motion, case material and impact can still detach the phone; do not suspend it over people or fragile objects.
Magnetic care, storage and travel checklist
Keep the charging face and phone back clean, and do not slide gritty surfaces together. Protect the ring from hard impacts and the USB-C port from lint or metal objects. A phone can still detach if the case is incompatible or the joined devices are knocked.
The pack is rated 37Wh. Current IATA guidance places power banks in cabin baggage and requires protection against damage and short circuit. Carrier rules may be stricter and may limit onboard use, so verify the itinerary; this description does not grant travel acceptance.
- Follow the airline's current stowage and in-flight-use instructions.
