What it does well.

UGREEN PB312 25683 20000mAh Power Bank, 22.5W, Display

Key features

Three wired outputs. Power one USB-C device and two USB-A devices together when a shared 15W total is sufficient.

20W two-way USB-C. USB-C provides up to 20W output and accepts up to 20W to recharge the PB312.

Two 22.5W USB-A ports. Either USB-A port can reach up to 22.5W when used alone with compatible hardware.

Percentage and low-current mode. The numerical display and dedicated low-current mode help manage the larger battery and small accessories.

Three-port power and sharing explained

USB-C input/output supports 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.67A, or 20W maximum. Each USB-A output supports 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 10V/2.25A and 12V/1.5A, or 22.5W maximum when that port is used by itself.

With more than one output active, UGREEN specifies 5V/3A, 15W total shared. That applies whether two devices or all three devices are connected. It is not 15W per port, and the single-port 9V/10V/12V fast-charging modes do not remain available as separate maxima.

The USB-C “two-way” description means the same connector is both the input and an output. UGREEN also documents pass-through operation, allowing output while the bank is connected to power, but available power can be reduced and extra heat can develop. It is a convenience mode, not an uninterrupted-power claim.

USB-C alone. Up to 20W output; also the up-to-20W recharge input.

Either USB-A alone. Up to 22.5W output with compatible protocol and cable.

Any two outputs. 15W total shared at 5V/3A.

All three outputs. Still 15W total shared at 5V/3A, divided among connected devices.

Capacity, rated output and recharge expectations

Two 10,000mAh cells provide 20,000mAh at 3.7V, equal to 74Wh. UGREEN publishes a 12,500mAh typical rated output capacity at 5V/3A. The lower 5V mAh figure is expected after raising cell voltage and accounting for conversion losses.

The number of phone recharges depends on the phone battery, its condition, negotiated voltage, cable, background use and temperature. A 74Wh power bank can also spend energy keeping three connected devices awake, so simultaneous use trades speed and efficiency for reach.

UGREEN uses approximately six hours as a reference recharge result with compatible 20W PD equipment. It is not a fixed promise: a USB-A source, lower-powered adapter, cable loss, cold/heat or pass-through output can extend the time.

Use scenarios

Long-day phone backup. Use one port for the best available rate or reserve the 74Wh pack for several smaller top-ups.

Family or team sharing. Connect as many as three devices when everyone needs some power and the 15W shared total is acceptable.

Travel and emergency kit. Carry a phone, camera and accessory cable set while keeping the printed 74Wh label available for policy checks.

Setup and usability guidance

  1. Choose a single priority port: USB-C reaches up to 20W; either USB-A reaches up to 22.5W when used alone.
  2. Use the correct cable: match USB-C, Lightning or the accessory connector and verify its current/protocol capability.
  3. Add devices knowingly: the second connection changes total output to 15W shared; a third device divides that same budget further.
  4. Recharge through USB-C: use a compatible 20W source for the reference rate. The included USB-A-to-USB-C cable can also connect to a suitable USB-A source, usually at that source's negotiated level.

Compatible devices and systems

The PB312 works with USB-powered products that accept one of its published voltage/current profiles and the selected cable. The 20W USB-C ceiling is aimed at mobile devices rather than normal laptop charging.

Phones and tablets. Compatible iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus and other devices with the correct USB-C or Lightning cable.

Wearables and audio. Earbuds, headphones, smartwatches and fitness bands, using low-current mode when necessary.

Laptop limitation. Most USB-C laptops require more than 20W for normal operation; any limited emergency input depends entirely on the laptop and is not the intended primary use.

What this product does

  • Stores 74Wh nominal energy and publishes 12,500mAh typical output at 5V/3A.
  • Shows approximate percentage, supports low-current accessories and supports pass-through convenience.
UGREEN PB312 25683 20000mAh Power Bank, 22.5W, Display

What this product does not do

  • It does not deliver 20W + 22.5W + 22.5W at once; multi-port total is 15W.
  • It does not serve as an uninterrupted power supply or a normal high-wattage laptop charger.

What to do

  • Match the cable to the job: use an undamaged cable that supports the connector, current and charging protocol required by the chosen port.
  • Keep it ventilated: place the power bank on a firm, open surface while fast charging or recharging; warmth is easier to manage when heat can escape.
  • Store thoughtfully: for extended storage, keep the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and periodically check its condition and remaining charge.

What not to do

  • Do not cover it: avoid charging beneath bedding, clothing or inside an unventilated compartment where heat can build up.
  • Do not expose it to hazards: keep away from water, fire, heaters, hot vehicles, prolonged direct sunlight and freezing or otherwise extreme conditions.
  • Do not treat a maximum as a constant: advertised wattage is a negotiated ceiling, not a promise that every device, cable or multi-port combination will draw it.

Warnings and limitations

  • Lithium-battery care: use only within the conditions stated on the product label and manual. Built-in protection is a backup, not permission to use damaged equipment or block ventilation.
  • Heat changes charging: the power bank or connected device may reduce output when warm. Wireless charging normally creates more heat than an equivalent wired session because energy crosses an air gap.
  • Pass-through adds load: direct device charging from the wall is preferable when practical. Monitor heat and do not rely on pass-through for equipment that cannot tolerate a power interruption.

Capacity care, storage and travel checklist

The larger pack should be carried where it cannot be crushed and where the ports cannot contact loose metal. Keep the numerical display protected, avoid leaving the battery in a hot vehicle and inspect it after any significant drop.

For travel, the relevant printed energy rating is 74Wh. Current IATA guidance places power banks in cabin baggage and requires individual protection from short circuit. Airlines may impose tighter rules or restrict onboard use, so confirm current policy rather than treating 74Wh as automatic approval.

  • For longer storage, keep it cool and dry and periodically check condition and charge.
