Overview
UGREEN 25742, model PB311, is a slim 10,000mAh wired power bank with a bidirectional 20W USB-C port, a USB-A output rated up to 22.5W and a numerical battery-percentage display. Its headline wattages apply when one compatible output is in use. With USB-C and USB-A active together, the published total changes to 5V/3A, or 15W shared. It has no wireless charging coil and is intended mainly for phones, tablets, earbuds and other USB devices within its output range.

What it does well.
Key features
Two-way USB-C. The USB-C port both recharges the PB311 and powers a compatible device at up to 20W.
22.5W USB-A ceiling. The USB-A port supports up to 22.5W when used alone with a mutually supported fast-charging protocol.
Clear percentage display. The numerical LED readout gives a more useful remaining-charge estimate than four unlabeled lights.

Port power and sharing explained
USB-C input and output use the same port. Its listed profiles are 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.67A, with a 20W maximum. USB-A output lists 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 10V/2.25A and 12V/1.5A, reaching 22.5W maximum on a compatible device.
Those figures are negotiated ceilings for single-port operation. When both output ports are connected, UGREEN specifies a combined 5V/3A, or 15W total. The 15W is shared between both devices; it is not 15W per port. Disconnect the second device when one phone needs the best available fast-charging rate.
A device controls how much power it accepts. The correct connector alone does not guarantee PD, QC or a particular proprietary 10V mode; the power bank, cable and receiving device must agree on a common profile.
USB-C alone. Up to 20W output; also accepts up to 20W input to recharge the PB311.
USB-A alone. Up to 22.5W output through a compatible charging protocol and cable.
USB-C + USB-A. 15W combined at 5V/3A, shared by the two connected devices.

Capacity, rated output and recharge expectations
The internal battery is specified as 10,000mAh at 3.7V, equal to 37Wh. UGREEN also publishes a 6,250mAh typical rated output capacity at 5V/3A. The lower 5V figure is expected because the pack raises cell voltage to USB voltage and some energy is consumed by conversion, cable resistance and device charging.
A phone-fill count still cannot be guaranteed from 6,250mAh. The receiving device may charge at a higher voltage, remain in use, warm up, stop before 100% or lose energy in its own charge circuit. Battery age and cable quality also affect the result.
Official model material uses an approximately three-hour recharge as a controlled reference with compatible 20W equipment. Treat that only as a test-based guide: a lower-powered adapter, cable losses, temperature or charging another device can extend the time.
Use scenarios
Phone top-ups. Use USB-C PD or the compatible USB-A protocol for everyday iPhone or Android charging away from a socket.
Two-device sharing. Power a phone and earbuds together, accepting the published 15W combined ceiling.
Slim daily carry. The roughly 16.5mm-thick body and percentage display suit work bags, commutes and planned backup power.
Setup and usability guidance
- Choose the port: use USB-C for up to 20W PD-style charging or USB-A for the device's compatible profile up to 22.5W.
- Use a suitable cable: Lightning-equipped iPhones need the appropriate cable; USB-C devices need a cable that supports the required current and protocol.
- Connect one high-priority device: for the highest individual rate, leave the other output unused. Two-device charging is limited to 15W total.
- Recharge through USB-C: use a compatible USB-C wall source. The supplied USB-A-to-USB-C cable can recharge from a suitable USB-A source, but the negotiated rate depends on that source.
Compatible devices and systems
The PB311 is operating-system independent. Compatibility depends on the receiving device's USB charging input, its supported protocol and the cable used.
USB-C phones and tablets. Compatible iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus and other devices that accept one of the published USB-C profiles.
USB-A cable users. Devices that charge through a USB-A-to-USB-C, USB-A-to-Lightning or another correctly wired cable and negotiate a supported profile.
Laptop limitation. At 20W USB-C maximum, it is not a normal primary supply for most USB-C laptops, even if a laptop accepts a slow emergency input.

What not to do
- Do not cover it: avoid charging beneath bedding, clothing or inside an unventilated compartment where heat can build up.

- Do not treat a maximum as a constant: advertised wattage is a negotiated ceiling, not a promise that every device, cable or multi-port combination will draw it.
Warnings and limitations
- Lithium-battery care: use only within the conditions stated on the product label and manual. Built-in protection is a backup, not permission to use damaged equipment or block ventilation.
- Heat changes charging: the power bank or connected device may reduce output when warm. Wireless charging normally creates more heat than an equivalent wired session because energy crosses an air gap.
- Children and pets: keep the product and loose cables out of reach unless closely supervised; small accessories and damaged cells can create electrical, heat or choking hazards.
Care, storage and travel checklist
Keep both ports free of lint and moisture, avoid bending plugs while connected, and protect the percentage display from hard impacts. The displayed percentage is an estimate and can settle after a high-load device is connected or removed.
For air travel, use the printed 37Wh energy rating when checking policy. Current IATA guidance places power banks in cabin baggage and requires short-circuit protection; carrier-specific limits and onboard-use rules still apply, so the capacity alone is not transport approval.

What is the fastest single port?
USB-A is listed up to 22.5W, while USB-C is listed up to 20W. The receiving device and cable must support the relevant profile.
What happens when both ports are used?
Total output changes to 5V/3A, or 15W shared between USB-C and USB-A. It is not 15W on each port.
What does two-way USB-C mean?
The same USB-C port can accept up to 20W to recharge the PB311 and deliver up to 20W to a compatible device.
Why is rated capacity 6,250mAh instead of 10,000mAh?
10,000mAh is measured at the 3.7V cells. The rated 6,250mAh figure is measured at 5V/3A after voltage conversion and normal energy loss.
