Can I connect a DisplayPort laptop to an HDMI TV?
No. This adapter works only from an HDMI source to a DisplayPort display. Use a DP-to-HDMI product for the opposite direction.
Does USB carry the video?
No. HDMI carries the source signal; USB supplies operating power to the active converter.
Is a DisplayPort cable included?
No. A male-to-male DisplayPort cable is required and sold separately.
Will it output 4K at 60 Hz?
No. The listed ceiling is 4K at 30 Hz. The listed 60 Hz mode is 1080p.
Can I extend my Windows desktop?
